WHO IS IN THE ROOM

One producer runs your session.

You are not handed a remote in an empty room. A producer runs the board while you host, backed by operations in Dallas and Austin. The full crew list is on the team page.

WHAT THIS CREW HAS BUILT

Every set was designed for camera.

Most podcast rooms started as audio booths and had cameras added later. The lighting, the sightlines, and the backdrop were built for a microphone, and that reads on screen. RNCN sets are separate physical builds, each one made for a format.

  • Newscast StudioA custom anchor desk against a skyline infinity view, with a teleprompter on camera one.
  • Thought Leader StudioDark, close, and quiet, with shallow depth and lighting built for long-form interviews.
  • Event SpaceA stage and riser for live-audience tapings, panels, and launch nights recorded like a show.

Joy Care Management has recorded with RNCN from episode one through Episode 77.See how a session becomes a published episode

WHERE THE WORK HAPPENS

Studios across Texas.

WHAT THE SESSION PRODUCES

Record, cut, publish.

  1. 01

    You host

One producer runs the board while you talk: multi-cam switching live, audio monitored per mic, remote guests brought in when the format calls for it.

  2. 02

    We cut the episode

In-house editors handle the full episode edit, vertical cutdowns for social, and one revision round before you approve it.

  3. 03

    It goes out

Approved episodes publish to video and audio platforms on the release plan you choose, with RSS setup and social publishing available.

PROVENANCE

Where RNCN came from.

RNCN is the broadcast and production arm of Real News PR, the country's first all-journalist PR firm. The people who run your session came out of newsrooms — reporters, editors, and producers by trade.

The first RNCN podcast studio opened in 2016. The company took a different path than most podcast production companies: full-service, so the client focuses on hosting and the crew handles the rest. Public relations is a separate business on a separate site. What happens here is the show.

Any format is fine — a producer calls this number if email bounces.

A producer replies — usually inside one business day. No mailing list, no drip campaign; your note goes straight to the production team.
