Product Launch Video Production

Everything cut before the ship date.

A one-time launch shoot with a scope and a timeline agreed up front, worked backward from the day you announce.

A launch is a date, not a content calendar.

This is the one-off path. Scope and timeline are set before the shoot and run backward from your announcement, and nothing about it commits you to a recurring show. If the launch goes well and you want to keep going, we scope that separately at wrap.

Pick the room the news should come from. The Newscast Studio puts a spokesperson behind a custom anchor desk against a skyline infinity view, with a four-camera setup and a teleprompter on camera one. The Green Screen Studio keys any backdrop you need for demos and virtual sets. The Event Space seats sixty in front of a stage and riser with five cameras, if the launch is a room full of people.

Every set costs the same, so the room is a creative call rather than a budget one. Cameras, operators, editing, and posting are all in the booking — RNCN does not rent you an empty room and bill the production back as add-ons.

How a launch project runs

Scoped to the announcement date

Your producer owns the schedule and works it backward from the day you go public. The deliverable list is fixed before anyone rolls a camera.

The room the news comes from

Anchor desk and skyline backdrop in the Newscast Studio, chroma-key in the Green Screen Studio, or a stage, a riser, and sixty seats in the Event Space.

Multi-camera, switched live

Operators run the cameras and cut between angles during the take, so the master is built in the room instead of reassembled from raw files later.

Cut down for every placement

Editing is in-house. We post the finished cuts to your Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn pages and hand over the files on Google Drive.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Product launch video FAQs

The practical questions to answer before you choose a room or request a quote.

Is this a one-time project or an ongoing commitment?

One-time. A product launch is a fixed-scope project with its own timeline and its own deliverable list. If you decide afterward that the launch should turn into a recurring show, we quote that as a separate conversation at wrap.

Which set should a product announcement use?

The Newscast Studio for an on-the-record announcement — custom anchor desk, skyline infinity view, four cameras, teleprompter on camera one. The Green Screen Studio when the product needs a built backdrop, a virtual set, or clean chroma-key for demo footage. The Event Space when you want an audience: stage, riser, seating for sixty, five cameras. All sets cost the same, so choose on look.

Can you stream the launch live?

Yes. Live streaming and remote guests are supported. The Event Space handles a live audience of sixty, and the Broadcast Studio adds a hardware switcher and a dedicated stream path if you want the announcement simulcast.

Can you shoot at our office, plant, or venue instead?

Yes. The crew travels with the production setup when the product has to be shown where it actually lives. The same producer and the same operators run the session on location.

What do we walk away with?

The edited master and the cutdowns agreed in the scope, posted to your social pages and delivered on Google Drive. Post-production is in-house, so there is no outside vendor between you and a revision.
